Cooking

When my cousins were here we all ended up buying the same cute recipe book from paperchase. Yesterday I started writing in some recipes.

One of my favourite recipes is for sticky chocolate cake:
INGREDIENTS
Cake:
200 grams butter, 200 grams sugar, 200 grams flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 3 eggs, 3 topped tablespoons of cocoa powder, 100 grams cooking chocolate.
Topping:
100 grams cooking chocolate, 100 grams confectioner’s sugar, 100 grams butter, 4 tablespoons milk.
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Whip sugar and butter till it’s light and creamy. Add the flour and baking powder to the butter-mix. Add the eggs and blend it all together.
Thereafter mix the cocoa powder with 8 tablespoons of hot water in a cup till smooth.
Combine the chocolate-mixture and the cooking chocolate, with the cake mixture. Pour the mixture into a greased pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Do not overcook. Thereafter let the cake cool down.
To make the frosting melt the ingredients together, preferably in a glass bowl over boiling water. Mix well together.
When the cake is cool, pour the topping on top and let cool. Serve!
