Banana Milk

Good Morning! I’m off to the gym, so for breakfast I’ve had a delicious energizing smoothie, Banana Milk. To make just mix a frozen banana with milk, cinnamon and a little bit of sugar. =)

God Morgen! Nå skal jeg på treningssenteret, så til frokost har jeg hatt en deilig energirik smoothie, Banan Melk. For å lage bland sammen en frossen banan med melk, kanel og pittelitt sukker. =)
