Mango Salmon

Yesterday I made this Mango and Salmon Dish which turned out delicious.

To make you need: 4 salmon fillets, 1 mango, mango chutney, cashew nuts, sweet soya sauce.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease a dish and put the salmon fillets into it. Put your preferred amount of mango chutney onto the salmon fillets. Chop the mango into pieces and put it in the dish. Sprinkle cashew nuts over, pour over sweet soya sauce, salt, and pop in the oven for approximately 25 minutes. For the first 15 min of baking the dish should have aluminum foil cover. Enjoy! =)

I går lagde jeg denne Laks og Mango Retten som ble veldig god.

For å lage trenger du: 4 laksefiletter, 1 mango, mango chutney, cashew nøtter, søt soya saus.

Forvarm ovnen til 200 grader. Smør en ildfast form og legg laksen oppi. Ta mango chutney på laksen etter ønske. Skjær opp mangoen og legg den i formen med laksen. Ha på cashew nøtter, hell over søt soya saus, strø over litt salt, og sett formen i ovnen for cirka 25 min. De første 15 min bør formen være dekket av et lag aluminiumsfolie. Nyt maten! =)
