Cupcakes & Cocktails

Last night my flatmate Jenny and I invited some girls over for a little cocktail party. It was a lot of fun and a great way to start summer 2011! We went all out with our pink girly theme and decorated the flat with pink flowers, balloons and candles. We served vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with pink frosting that I baked using recipes from Hummingbird Bakery (here and here). In the kitchen we had a little bar area where all kinds of creative, tropical and sweet drinks were made. It was a super sweet party!
