Polka Dot Blouse/Skirt/Bronze Bag from Zara, Jacket from H&M, Sandals from Din Sko

I bought this polka dot blouse at Zara in Spain and wore it with this outfit out for dinner in Marbella. This fall’s polka dot trend is great fun! I particularly love Stella McCartney’s autumn 2011 polka dot looks and Elle’s interpretation of the trend in Emma Stone’s cover shoot. Amazing! :) I will definitely be incorporating the dot trend in more looks!

I wore this outfit when we visited the charming city Ronda earlier this week. Ronda lies in the Spanish mountains and is divided in two by a 100 meter deep canyon. The views from the city are incredible and the city itself is lovely. I had a great time strolling through the streets of the old town, listening to harp and flute music played by street musicians, and eating a delicious Spanish meal at a local restaurant.

Hi everyone! You may have heard of the Nokia & Elle competition happening on facebook these days? The prize is amazing! 8 lucky finalists will be sent to report from New York fashion week and the winner will become Nokia’s Style Correspondent and have work featured in Elle! <3

So along with 499 others I’m in the second round. We were asked to write 250 words why we would make an amazing style correspondent. I decided to write a little poem which you can find below. Here comes my poem:

My love of fashion began as a child,
I’d play dress up and make sure I was styled,
Since then I’ve lived many places,
And gone through several (awkward) style phases,
Now I’m twenty,
And my passion plenty,
So much fashion to explore,
Designers, styles, photographers and more.

When I started blogging I knew I was addicted,
The world of blogging not restricted,
My blog evolved and so did my style,
Creating posts makes me smile,
Either I’m sharing an outfit or a new scent,
I try to think creatively about what I present,
Take cool photos and make collages that pop,
I have a lot of fun in Photoshop.

Travelling to New York would be a dream,
Just the thought makes me beam,
As a big fashion geek,
It’d be awesome to go to fashion week,
And I’d love the opportunity to share,
With boys and girls everywhere,
The experience, the people, the city, the style,
And hopefully inspire and entertain for a while,
If I get this chance,
I’d be ecstatic and do a little dance,
I’d work hard and give it my all,
Please take me to the city of buildings tall.

Happy Royal Wedding Day to you all! And congratulations to the couple! What a ceremony and what a fairy tale come true… I decided not to join the crazy crowds but rather see the action online (it would be hard to see anything in the streets as people have camped outside two nights to get a good spot for the wedding). The newlyweds make such a gorgeous and sweet couple, and Kate Middleton looks beautiful in her wedding dress by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen! I love the silhouette and the lace details. A classic, elegant and feminine dress with a modern twist. I dream of the day when I am married to a handsome prince, wear a beautiful gown, and ride a horse carriage through London… hehe =)

Yesterday I wore this outfit to university, the hairdresser, and then out to celebrate my flatmate’s birthday. Today I’m studying before heading to a party to celebrate the Royal Wedding. =) Have a great friday!

Today I went for a pretty simple look featuring my new awesome jacket from Gestuz! I paired it with black and a couple of turquoise plastic bracelets. I’ve had the bracelets lying around forever and realized they fit this spring’s plastic and bright colour trend perfectly.

Good Morning everyone! In a minute I’m off to the hairdresser to get a new haircut. I’m planning on going blonder and shorter… Exciting! =) Since it has slowly turned from snow to rain here I think I’m going to wear rain boots. Yesterday I used my new floppy hat to shield myself from the rain. It worked quite well but I must say I’m looking forward to the days when I can use it as a sunhat…
