I haven’t worn a wrist watch in a long time. Now that my phone is stolen (…) I realize that a wrist watch would be a handy thing to have. Not only is it a practical thing, but a watch can add a lot to an outfit! This watercolour Nixon watch is gorgeous and I would happily welcome it to my closet! :) But if I were to purchase a watch it would have to be a classic gold or rose gold men’s style watch. It’s officially been added to my wish list! :)

I would love to add all of these items to my closet! :) Particularly the gorgeous blue Reed Krakoff and the white studded Valentino bag! :) And the bright yellow H&M blazer which I’m planning on getting as soon as I get back to London. I’m actually traveling back today. After a relaxing holiday I’m looking forward to getting back to city life (and getting my hands on the awesome H&M blazer…). <3

Update: I tried on the yellow H&M blazer today and unfortunately it isn’t quite as awesome in real life… I did however get some other amazing pieces! :) :)

Happy New Year! :) I hope you’ve all had a great start to 2012!

I’m very excited for the new year! In May I finish my bachelor degree and I don’t know what comes next, which is exciting but also a bit nerve wracking. Luckily I have lots of hopes and dreams for the future. So my goal for 2012 is to work towards these and make the best of my opportunities. I hope for a great year with lots of good times and I have a lot to look forward to! 2011 was a fantastic year and I hope that 2012 will be even more amazing!

It’s great to be back in London and I’m really enjoying settling back into city life! I had a lovely time over the weekend spending time with friends, going out for brunch and drinks, and watching Friends and cooking with my flat mate :)

On friday I wore this outfit. It was a really warm and sunny day so my jacket didn’t really come in handy before the sun went down… But I will definitely be wearing this jacket a lot the coming months in chilly London. I got it at Zara here in New York and I really love it! The material, zippers and shape give it the perfect balance of classic yet cool.
